New Library Catalog: Discover Library Resources

Our new library catalog and discovery tool in one intergrated interface. Replaces Library One Search and the separate catalog.

Access resources

  • Physical items: Status displays as "Available"; library location and call number display
  • E-resources: Link under the icon (purple button that says "View full text," "View ebook," etc.)
    • Also under Access Options on full record view.

Identify format.

  • Corresponds with the Format filter in the left-hand menu.
    • Book, article, chapter, eVideo, etc.
  • Appears under the title and author information of the resource.

  • Change to Libraries Worldwide to see what we don't have.
    • Hint: Great for finding the newest books Change the Sort option to Date (Newest First)

Format

  • Limit to specific formats and subformats
  • Here: only chapters under articles is selected, so the results returned are only chapters in books.
