When you login you should see a screen like this.
Before placing a request, set your Communication Preferences.
You may enable email updates or text message updates (standard rates and fees apply). Please enter this information accurately and save your changes. Click on View Profile.
In you profile screen, you may enter an alternate email and cell phone number. Move the Phone Number slider right, if you would like to receive text message notifications. Click the Save Contact Information button
