Congratulations on landing that job interview!  Now what?

Before your interview, spend some time finding out about the company, the industry and good interview techniques. 

Learning about the company can help you be ready for the interviewer's questions, assist you when you form your own questions, make you feel more confident about the process, and help you decide if you want to work for the company. 

While browsing the company website and talking with past and current employees can provide good information, the Rider University Libraries have some resources that can provide additional company information that will help you stand out among the applicants.  These resources include:
