Identifying Information in the Bibliographic Record

You will need the following information for your bibliography or references for your paper. All of the fields can be found in the bibliographic record for the journal article.

The Title of the article is in larger print at the top of the record: Two Americas: Capital Punishment

The Authors are the persons who have written the article.

The Source is the title of the Journal in which the article was published. It includes the volume, issue number, year of publication and page numbers for the article.

Subject Terms offer other search terms you can use for key word or subject searching for more information.

The Abstract gives you a summary of what the article is about.

The ISSN is the International Standard Serial Number identifying the journal.
