The Libraries provide access to hundreds of thousands of Open Access ebooks provided by various publishers, organizations, and databases such as JSTOR, ProjectMuse, and the Directory of Open Access Books.
These books can be discovered in Library One Search or via the Library Catalog.
An icon next to the result will identify it as an e-book/e-resource. Simply click on the link provided on the record for the item: "Open Access via..." . There are no access restrictions on the majority of these titles, which you can freely download. Exceptions include the OECD iLibrary/United Nations iLibrary, where downloading is restricted to subscribers but anyone can read the PDF online in the browser.
Note on downloading Open Access ebooks:
Depending on the publisher and/or platform, you may not be able to download the entire ebook at once. You may only be able to download chapters individually.
