Rider University embarked on energy reductions and sustainability projects after Mordechai Rozanski, President, signed the President's Climate Commitment. In response to this initiative, the Energy and Sustainability Steering Committee (ESSC) was formed in February 2007 with the mission to commence Rider University's responsibilities to this commitment.  This steering committee is composed of students, staff and faculty, and has a website that describes its activities: Broncs Go Green. Please visit this site for more information on the Rider University's efforts to achieve reductions energy use and sustainability for both the Lawrenceville and Princeton campuses.
